My first computer was a Macintosh 5200CD, released in 1995. It was a beautiful machine that taught me how to type.
I had few friends. I grew up on a computer. Later on we switched to PC due to the limitations of gaming.
I designed my first HTML site in 1999. Then I almost never touched programming until many years later. It felt inaccessible and I just enjoyed playing games more.
Later I learned Pascal in college, it was dull and uninspiring. We learned the wrong stuff, the whole class failed.
I managed a small team making watches, I always look for ways to optimise. AI emerged and immedietly the first thing I did was exploit it's character based maximum potential: code. Not just code generation but being able to break everything down.
Next API integrations became a reality, and it could all be debugged and learnt systematically. Without fear.
AI unlocked in me the same curiousity that first started with that Macintosh 5200CD, that expanded with the internet and now has expanded with AI but in a different way; pulling things apart and rebuilding them rather than exploring them.
Where next, I'll try to keep noted.
